Caring for your custom items

How to wash and dry printed and embroidered apparel so it lasts, plus care for mugs and other gifts.

Printed apparel

• Turn inside out and machine wash cold with similar colors.
• Tumble dry low, or hang dry for the longest-lasting print.
• Do not iron directly on the print. Do not bleach or dry clean.

Embroidered apparel and hats

• Wash inside out on a gentle cycle, cold water.
• Lay flat or hang to dry; avoid high heat.
• Hats: spot clean with a damp cloth.

Mugs, bottles and gifts

• Hand washing keeps printed mugs and bottles brightest the longest.
• Check the product page for any item-specific care notes.

Cotton shrinkage

100% cotton can shrink slightly in a hot dryer. If you are between sizes, see the sizing guide.
