Order status and changes

Where is my order, changing or canceling an order, missing tracking emails and delivery problems.

Where is my order?

After you order you get a confirmation email. When your order ships you get a second email with a tracking link. Most orders arrive within 3 to 8 business days; see shipping and delivery.

I did not get an email

• Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from onetaptee.
• Make sure the email address at checkout was correct.
• Still nothing? Send us your name and order number through the contact page or the chat.

Changing or canceling an order

Every order is made just for you, so message us right away if you need a change. We can change or cancel an order until it goes into production; after that it cannot be stopped.

Tracking says delivered but I do not have it

Check with neighbors and around your building, and wait one more day: carriers sometimes scan packages early. If it still has not turned up, contact us with your order number.

Something is wrong with my order

We will make it right. See reprints, refunds and order problems.
